Empowering People with Parkinson's to take an active role in their care
Our Mission
NeuroTrack was born out of frustration.
Despite years of research, Parkinson's still remains largely misunderstood, and treatment decisions are often based on guesswork: adjust the dose, wait, see what happens.
NeuroTrack helps patients move beyond uncertainty. Not only providing timely medication reminders, it accurately logs what medication is taken, when and how much, and tracks symptoms over time—building a clear, reliable picture of each individual’s lived experience.
So when patients are asked, “How are you?”, they can respond with confidence and clarity:
My tremor is worse in the mornings.
My mobility improves about two hours after medication.
When I reduced my dosage, my stiffness increased.
These are not vague impressions—they are meaningful, data-driven insights.
And with those insights, patients are no longer passive participants in their care. They are informed, engaged, and empowered.
By combining precise medication tracking with real-world symptom data, NeuroTrack enables care teams to make better-informed decisions—helping to optimise treatment and improve quality of life.
The mission is simple, to turn everyday experiences into actionable insights, giving people the clarity and confidence to have more productive conversations with their care teams.
Because better conversations lead to better outcomes.
